EE profile prior to IELTS

Dear All,

I'm new to this forum and an aspirant to get a canada PR.First to introduce myself below are my details:
Age: 29 (turning 30 in august 2018)
Education: PGDM Finance
Work ex: 5yr 10 months as an SAP FI Consultant

Now my issue is i can sit for IELTS only in june which is the earliest available slot in Bahrain where i'm currently residing and if i do not apply for PR asap i will loose 5 points for my age once i will turn 30. So i would like to ask you all what all activities i can complete until i sit for IELTS so that i can save maximum time.

Please guide.!!

Prior to applying, I would also recommend becoming very familiar with the CIC's website. You'll find it very valuable.

WES is the fastest.

You cannot have a valid EE profile without:
1. Having at least one language assessed (English or French)
2. And have your ECA done.

So the simple answer to your question is:
You can have your EE profile prior your IELTS as long as you have valid CELPIP or TEF results.
If you do not have it then you have to wait. But as they have adviced you can start with your ECA.
PCC are however too soon to be worried about (you need to get ITA first or get enough points to be sure to get it fast).

I have gone through the WES website and got a shocker of my lilfe.I have done PGDM and was positive to get that access in my ECA.WES have a requirement related to marsheets that they wont accept marksheets from college unless its an autonomous.They have given one link to find and check whether your college is autonomous or not and i couldn't see my college name there.I'm completely shattered.Though my college is AICTE approved, which is ministry of HRD, govt of India.

I really dont know what to do next.With my PGDM ECA i could have scored a decent CRS.But without it, the CRS is going to be very low.Please sharer your views.

You can try to haggle with WES to see if they will accept or not. And alternatively you can choose different assessment organisation. For difficult cases I would suggest ICAS. They are very very slow but they tend to know almost every university (except of medical education).
Be prepared for the waiting time of 8 months to get ICAS assessment done.

I somehow got in touch with my college mate who is in canada on PR.She confirmed me that WES accepts our college degree but it depends on their current policy whether they will consider it as a bachelors or master.So keeping my fingers crossed

please help me with one more doubt.

suppose my ECA is completed in 2 months and i get my IELTS score by july. So when i create my EE profile in july , my age wll be 29 for which i will get 100 points.In august i will turn 30.So does that mean system will automatically update my age in EE profile and reduce my poiints for age from 100 to 95.

Please advice!
