Hi,

So after calling CIC:

- You do not need to list all 10 years of jobs on your EE profile, only the ones you wish to be given points on
- You will need to list all job history AFTER ITA.
- You will only need job reference letters from the jobs you declared in EE.

Hope this helps!

Ohh really...so we dont need to list part time jobs or any job we dont want to get points for...thats good

How about selecting NO even when we have a job in Canada PGWP (but no LMIA) in EE ? What do we do ?

I worked at my previous company for around 1.4 years. i worked as Trainee engineer for the initial 6 months and after that i got permanent with the position of Jr.Engineer. So my question is, do i need to mention both designations in my EE profile separately for this single Experience.

Kindly answer.

I think only your Jr.Engineer will count. You cannot claim apprenticeships.

This was not apprenticeship. I worked as a full time employee for 8 hours a days, 5 days a week and i got remuneration for that as well.

Kindly tell me, do i need to mention both the designations and their time period in the EE profile?

but your position is titled as Trainee Engineer... it wont count as ur work experience

@insouciant

Its better you declare your work experience of entire 1.4 years as Jr. engineer. It's perfectly fine if you do so.

Don't create complexities, just keep as simple as possible.

Best wishes........

Hi,

Just a quick one please

How does one go back to check the work experience information that was filled in the EE profile.

Click on 'View submitted application'

Then click next to the section you want to edit and click 'update form'

When done you will need to either revert changes or accept them. Either way, click 'continue' at the bottom and digitally sign and TRANSMIT it. Otherwise any changes you made will not be updated.

Thanks Kryt0n for your prompt response.

However, there was nothing to click on the "view my submitted application or profile"

Except I have gone to the wrong page and I dont think I have
