Can anyone confirm of deny above?

If a profile is expired or become ineligible without receiving an ITA, should we choose yes or no on the question: " Has the candidate applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

If a profile is expired or become ineligible without receiving an ITA, should we choose yes or no on the question: " Has the candidate applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

You select no.. coz you never got the ITA and submitted your complete file and recieve AOR.. its only after you recieve your AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) , that you have successfully submitted an application

Great to hear that, I was a little bit confused since, when I chose yes, they asked me to put EE profile number. I thought they only wanted to connect both applications or something.
