Hi!

Yesterday I've submitted my Express entry profile. I checked my eligibility upfront and the system showed me that it would be eligible.
Well, from my point of view (and according to all consultancies I took) I meet the requirements of 2 possible streams - Canadian Experienced Class and Federal Skilled workers.
But right after submission I immediately got a message in my CIC account that the profile is Ineligible because I don't meet the minimum criteria. I cannot understand what's wrong? Maybe you can help?

1) I have IELTS results - average is 7.5
2) I have ECA (bachelor's degree)
3) I have a year of Canadian work experience - although it's not a calendar year (from 16 Jan/ 2016 till now) but it's more than 1760 working hours (40 hours per week during almost 11 months).
4) I have enough funds (I pointed $25 000 per my family that includes 4 people)

So what can be wrong? Can it me some tech error because of last changes from 19 November? Maybe somebody had the same problem? Any ideas what to do with it?

1) what's your individual IELTS scores
2) you need a full calendar year to qualify for CEC, regardless of hours worked.
3) do you have any foreign work experience?

1) Reading 8.5, Writing 6.5, Listening 7.5, Speaking 7.0

2) But do I need a full calendar year to be qualified for FSW?

3) Yes, besides Canadian experience from January 2016 till now I have work experience in Russia (my home country) - I described that experience (from Jan 2006)

1) ok
2) you need a full calendar year of work listed in work experience in Canada to count as CEC and 1 year of work outside of Canada to be eligible for FSW.
3) did you list this experience in your profile or just list the Canada work?

2) So it should be eligible at least for FSW, right?
3) I listed all my experience for the last 10 years

There was similar sutuation with one guy's profile recently. And he said that possible reason was that he pointed a job offer but he didn't have LMIA so probably job offer was defined automatically as "not qualified" and that's why profile was ineligible. He created a new profile, removed job offer at all and his new profile became eligible.

Can this be a reason? But it's really weird...
