Thanks joelmath. As far as i understood the second space will remain same for all credentials entered.
For example: For each entry, if you have two Bachelor degrees, or one Bachelor and a two-year college diploma, choose “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.”
Yes that is my understanding as well based on Helpcentre answer link. Since you have 2 Bachelors degree as per ECA and you are claiming points for two or more degrees you should select Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees in the second section (Level of Education mentioned in ECA report) for each entry. Prepare a short LOE as well and explain why you have selected Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees option.
