I don't know how can I solve this issue. On April 25th, I modified my EE application. Since then I am unable to access to see my score and do any changes on my profile.
After 3 days, I called CIC, and she sent me a link to address this issue to the technical support team to solve it.
Now, after around 12 days, I called them again today, and he sent me that same link to file this problem again.
Now, I am confused, also I can't delete it and create a new now.
Does anyone experience this one before?
