I have created my EE profile and got a score of 468. I have my AINP nomination. I didn't yet get the 600 points for nomination. It says 'waiting to hear back from province'. Anyone in the same boat as me?

Same here .. however in the correspondents messages (same page where you get your scores - just at the bottom of the page - you click to get the pdf) it says the following to me:

"In your profile, you said that you have a provincial or territorial nomination. Please follow up with the province or
territory that agreed to nominate you, and have them confirm to us their intention to nominate you for the
Provincial Nomine Program.

To do so, you will need to provide the province or territory with:
1. your Express Entry profile number: whatever the number is
2. your Job Seeker validation code: whatever the number is "

So I emailed the province (in my case it's Ontario) .. waiting for an answer.

How do you get the score?
I created mine and no points score? Do I need to submit it?
I just wanted to see the process but I am not planing on submitting yet.

Yes, you need to submit it to get the score.

Can you change the application once you submit it i.e can you add more things like you get new IELTS with better score can you update it and get new points?
Does it give you that option.

So basically you can enter the January draw with your application and if in February you got better IELTS you can update it and gave more points for FEb draw?

I am confused as I am doing 1 year canadian experience in February. If I open account now I thing I will be placed in the group for FSW and later in February if I update my qualifications I am not sure if I will be placed in CEC.

Because when you go to check if you are eligible, if you answer that you have more than on year canadian experience you are eligible straight away, whereas if you say less than a year they ask you more questions.

Anyone any thoughts about this?

I got my AINP nomination from December 2014. I have applied through EE. I have also emailed AINP about the nomination confirmation. I got this reply:
"
You have not been nominated by the province for the purpose of Express Entry. As a provincial nominee, you should proceed and apply for permanent residence as per the instructions provided to you with the AINP nomination (prior to the six-month expiry date).
The AINP will not be providing additional confirmation of being nominated.
"

So, nominations issued with previous system can't claim those 600 points :(
