Thank you tidelander for such an insightful article. The spreadsheet is so helpful.

So keeping the backlog in mind, is it a good idea to initiate the EE process now.
My transcripts have arrived and my IELTS is booked for Oct. I m planning to apply for PNP as well which might have capped for most provinces by now.
Also there are upcoming elections.

So what should I do experts? Continue as in or wait for some more time?
Pls help.

Tidelander, you're the best. if you're ever in Calgary, I'm more than happy to pay you a beer.

I just submitted my application two days ago and was going through the forums to see what can I expect in terms of timeline. You just saved me lots of time, thanks a lot.

Thanks :)
I am in Vancouver :)

Better don't postpone it and start acting now because it's a long process and you have a work permit which will expire sooner or later.

Thanks tidelander. But I do not have a work permit. I will be applying from India and have no Canadian work exp. Also I am interested in applying for the provinces as well. Hence seeking expert opinion.
Please advice.
Thank you.

Guys is there a relationship between change to in process date and DM date for FSW inland?

Decision Made goes after In Process. This is the relationship. Otherwise I don't understand the question.
