When we use the translated police certificate or upload school diplomas, are we required to upload a true certified copy as well on CIC website(as all documents under EE are online only and we won't provide the original hard copies) ? Where can we find these rules? Thank you!

From the CIC website:

"Translation of documents
If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator."

So you have to scan them both into one PDF file and send them. Here is the checklist

Thank you!

But a copy of the original document means a "true certified copy" or just a photocopy? (no hard copy is accepted right?)

Just scan the original and the notarised translation and do one PDF file
