Today I received re-medical request email and in my gc key account. I approached medical penalist hospital for appointment and they demanded IME number, but in my letter there isn't mentioned any ime number. Letter contains only application and UCI number.
My AOR is 24 December 2020
Sinp express entry from India.

How I can get ime number?

You can find the IME number on the 'MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY' page under 'IMMIGRATION DETAILS' section of your remedical request.

There is no immigration details in this letter. It contain only UCI, application number and the name whom medical required against the UCI number. I don't understand where is 'Medical Report Client Biodat and Summary". In message section only four messages received for four family members medical reports without any IME reference.

Congrats! My visa office is also CIO Sydney, everything passed since Feb 2022 , security - not started. My medicals expire in 3 weeks and I'm also thinking about going upfront, maybe it'll speed up the process. Could you please suggest to which email have you sent your Medicals?

I got married last March. I had informed IRCC about that and have received an email asking to upload below documents:

1- Kit, Application forms(IMM 0008)
2- Submissions (Relationship questionnaire)
3- Police clearance (For both)
4- Schedule A (IMM 5669E?)
5- Travel history info form (IMM 5562E?)
6- Marriage license/certificate

Can someone please suggest me what is Submissions(Point 2) Relationship Questionnaire that need to be uploaded?

And also for points 5 IRCC has not clearly specified the form number. Is IMM62E the correct one?

Ircc has asked PCC for me(3rd time) and my wife. I was there in Canada in 2018-19 for one year. So, Do I need to get PCC for my Canada stay as well?

Any help is appreciated.
