EE-PNP Do I need to submit transcripts?

Hi everyone,
I got ITA on Sep 18 under EE - PNP. In the document list, it didn't say transcript required, but I see lots of people provided them, do I have to provide them? Also, do I need to merge all files into 1 file for each required document types?

Transcripts aren't required if you have ECA for a foreign credential. Transcripts may be provided (if available) for Canadian credentials. The absolutely essential documents are ECA (the reference number from the assessment agency is mandatory, the actual report is optional but preferably should be included) & degree(s) (for foreign credentials) and degree(s) (for Canadian credentials).

Yes, you have to merge all relevant documents together into 1 file. 1 file per placeholder with a 4 MB size limit per placeholder.
