Hi everyone,
I am trying to apply the PR through EE + LIMA, my employer is willing to support me.
However the thing is my employer took over the ownership not longer for a year, and I heard in order to get the LIMA approved, the business has to gain profit, which is normally not the case for a first-three year new business.
Is what I heard true? ??? :'(
The requirement here at (sorry link can't be posted) Hiring Skilled Workers and Supporting their Permanent Residence (Jan 11 2016) does not say anything about the profit.
I know it does have to have a good financial situation, but is earning profit a must?
What kind of financial situation is sufficient for a first-year business?
Thank you very much!
