EE ITA received with PR application filed (PNP stream) - should I withdraw?

Now the paper permanent residency application process is like taking forever.

Would you advise me withdrawing my PR (PNP stream) application? Or is that even feasible?

You can submit your Express Entry application along with your paper application. Whichever get picked up first, they will give you PR under that stream, close the other application.

Thanks! Do you know if CIC would refund me the paper application fee in that case?

Not entirely sure, but as per other people, you won't get refund.
