Hi,
I have been working in Quebec province as a postdoctoral researcher for more than 2 yers. I do not speak French that is why would like to apply throug Express Entry and to live and work outside Quebec. Woder if i am eligible for that? I mean eligibility in terms of Quebec experience. My score is around 450.
Thanks

Experience in Quebec counts as Canadian experience.

Thanks. My work contract in Quebec is until June 2017. If I would apply through EE, can I be refused to apply or not being chosen because of my current job in Quebec?
It is confusing to me.

I lot of people have been rejected in the past for staying in Quebec and not making any effort to move to another province while their application was in process.

The only issue is actually is language.

Sorry, I did not get it. You meant that it is OK to apply for EE and plan to live outside Quebec?

I think after issuance of PR the applicant must leave Quebec or you think even before it?

The issue is whether you can convince the VO that you have ties outside Quebec. The know they have no control over you once you get PR, so they will take the decision based on what actions you have already taken to establish ties outside Quebec, and NOT on your promises or what you will do.

If you've been in Quebec for the entire time you've lived in Canada, how would you convince the VO that you have ties outside Quebec? Nowadays having relatives outside Quebec doesn't help convince VO either.

OK, got it. Then if I will leave Quebec next summer then I can apply for PR thgough EE?
