Hello everyone

I just got three years PGWP. I am confused about EE. My question is do we have to complete one year of skilled work experience and then apply for EE or we can apply right away after getting job in the skilled category working there for three - four months.

EE application requires applicants to satisfy one of the stream (CEC for you I assume?)

If you don't have the 1 year experience, you are not qualify for CEC, which also means you are not allowed to create EE profile.

Wait until you have 1 year exp. then apply for EE.

I am pretty sure the candidate can still create a EE Profile, but they will not be entered into the pool until they satisfy for one of the programs. The profile can be updated at any given time to reflect their current skills / experience and etc.

On the other hand, if the candidate can apply through a PNP and obtained a nomination they can also be entered into the pool because meeting requirements for PNP pretty much means they qualify for the CEC stream.

Also one more thing, if you have a PNP Nomination you do NOT need to create a job profile with the Job Bank but you still need to create a EE Profile.

pNP do not need one year experience. How we apply under what kind of stream? Thank you

Just have an additional question for this thread...

Does anyone know how long it takes to be nominated? I'm currently living in Ontario with a PGWP (have been employed full time at a NOC A job for 2 months) and I'm wondering if I should just wait until I fill my 1 year requirement and apply under CEC or apply right away under PNP. Thanks ahead.

You can apply your pnp too if your company is giving you all the documents as you will get 600 points for pnp...........
