Hi, my CRS is 439 as a single applicant (married but not taking family along for now) & same reduces to 420, if I file for EE application as applicant with dependent spouse. I was planning to apply as single applicant for the better chances of getting it through EE than opting for PNP. However I understand that in this scenario, my family will be only able to accompany me after 6-8 months of me shifting there. In this regard, is it possible to file as single applicant & with PNP preference & once I get NOI for Ontario, can I include my wife & child as dependents in the application midway?

Dont complicate your life, apply with your family from the beginning and in that time try to improve your score if possible

If this was possible, don't you think more and more people would have tried this?

Get ECA and IELTS for your spouse if not done already. It can add up to 30 points to your CRS. Its always better to apply together as a family, instead of looking to sponsor spouse and kids later on. The choice is yours!
