Hope you guys are doing well and many of you will get EE visa asap to have your dreams come true ;-)

Like all of you guys I'm also interested to apply for EE visa in Canada. I have some questions and confusions If anyone can help?

1- I tried to check my eligibility and the form is quite confusing. Why, because there are many questions regarding education and work experience that are only relevant for the people who have been getting education or work experience in Canada. Candidates like me will have to answer those questions as "None / None of Above" whereas I've almost 6 years of professional experience from my home country and U.K. I also have Bachelor's (professional) degree but from outside Canada. Assessment result says I'm not eligible but my points are. Its quite confusing.

How will I be able to make myself eligible in this quick assessment as this is the first step to fill out online application but those questions doesn't express my qualification and work experience.

Can you guys kindly guide me and clear my confusion?

Thanks guys any kind of help will be appreciated. Wish you guys all the best!

There is a separate question if you have studied or worked in Canada, this will give you points towards adaptability. Other question is your highest level of education and total years of experience in the claimed NOC and categories 0, A or B.

So if you have not studied or worked in Canada, select NONE.

You need to do 3 things:

1st Step (Selection of NOC)

- You need to match your Job Duties to the NOC mentioned in the Website http://www30.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Welcome.aspx
- Only NOC of Category A and Category B
- Select the best match
- If you think you are good to go

2nd Step (Assessment of your Education Credentials)

- Services Offered by WES, CES, ICAS. Select any you like. Most prefer WES. Why? They are good | They are reliable | They are too fast. Yes they will do the assessment of your documents in no time.

3rd Step (Language Proficiency)

- Give IELTS (Maximum you score, more points you gonna have)

These are the 3 important Steps

Go to the website and now check your eligibility.

Good luck!
