Hi all I've looked around and can't find my exact answer for this question in other threads.
On the EE 'Come to Canada' tool one of the final questions it asks to tick all that apply. There is one answer that says "I have 2 years full time employment in Canada (at skill type 0,A or B)."
Now I have that at skill level B as I was a Snowboard instructor in Canada for 5 seasons (three of which were sponsored employment). It adds up in total to 25 months employment. I don't know if I should tick the box though because although I was on a full time contract I only got paid for the hours I instructed. I think this then falls short of the full time hours outlined earlier in the tool.
So, should I tick the box for two years employment or not?
And if I do tick it and they decide I don't really have the two years employment right, would that be considered fraudulent and make me ineligible??
