Hey I submit my profile to EE as CEC and after submit I receive this msg "Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for ExpressEntry at this time."

Here is my background:
I have english 7,7,6,7
My noc 22212 TEER 2
I have 26 months works experience in canada on that noc
I'm bachelor civil engineer from my country with WES
I have LMIA in that noc so as my job offer over the 26 months and in process to renew
I am 31 yr old
my wife has english : 8,6,5,6
She is dentist surgery professional (no job offer)
she has worked elsewhere
My previous experience is 21300 - civil engineer 5 years

Can someone tell why my profile was rejected?
