We are in a similar situation with you, only that we still need to find an Ontario job in time. May I ask do you have any updates on gathering all those evidences? Did you submit them and is there any response from VO?

Hi there, hope everything is well with you.
I just send my additional proof of intent today by mail thru Canada post Priority mail because I only have 15days left since i receive the PF letter (gave me 30 days to comply) I am hoping and praying that they will be satisfied with it.
Here are the list I submitted for your reference with Cover letter:

1. Job offer letter of employment together with letter from recruitment agency who help me find an employer here in Ontario.
2. G1 temporary driving license (i dont have the plastic ID yet) so i submit the paper they gave me as temporary ID.
3. Bank statement with stamped from issuing bank here in north york showing my residential address here. (3months latest )
4. OTB notice showing my address as well
5. Letter of support from Local Community organization as volunteer for social involvement.
6. ROE from my previous employer in Montreal showing my end date of work. (I didnt submit it when i applied via mail) so just incase they can check thatI am not anymore connected in Quebec.

We just need to hope for the best!

How about you, when did you receive PF letter from CIC? how many days they gave you?

Wow great job!!! I have no doubt even the most strict VO will be convinced and give you a pass.

Btw we are still in the process of preparing all documents, we didn't submit the complete application yet. when I said similar situation I meant we both applied from QC then moved to ON, had a place to crush there, had some soft evidences like bank address on the bank letter etc... my apologies to cause the confusion!

Im in the same situation i got a call from Visa officer working on my file in march,
I told him i will move as soon as covid makes it possible.
However i found a place in Ottawa and moved to ottawa on April 1st
Raised a webform Showing them the below docs
1) Lease document one year long
2) proof of the interac of first and last month rent
3)letter of employment confirming that i currently work from home ( pastly when i added the employer letter for experience employer adress and everything is from halifax but it said i work out of quebec office)
4) scotia bank new account opened with ottawa address. For address proof.

can someone please help me i was worried with #3 will the visa officer still able to reject my application if i moved and currently working from home and my employer is from Halifax ?

Im in the same situation Ive applied on October form Quebec with an explanation letter about your plans . once moved to ON I've sent them the new lease . Im still waiting for the processing and the final decision because my employer is in Quebec

At the same time I have a lease on my name in Quebec as well, because I am unable to sublease, I am still trying to transfer the lease to someone but no luck. I am paying rent for both the apartments. How can I prove my intent to move in this case ? .

From what I've heard, a lease in another province alone may not be enough to prove your intention to reside outside of QC. It is better you get other proofs as well asap, hydro bills, a bank statement letter that shows an address in ON, etc. In your case, you could also provide an evidence that you are trying to sublease your Quebec home (I personally don't think it's necessary, but it doesn't hurt to provide it). And don't forget to write an LOE to explain your intention to live outside of Quebec.

Can anyone help with my Query? Iam Currently working on client project in Montreal under closed wp, but my company location/head office is in Toronto. I got ITA under CEC, already provided LoE stating all the reasons of intention to stay outside QC. Infact prior to this project I was working in Brampton. Montreal location was completely client requirement not mine or my company choice. Do I need to still provide Job applications, lease or any such proofs to show I will move out of QC?
My company base location Ontraio will that not be sufficient to prove?
