Hello everyone!
Have too much to ask, thanks in advance for sharing/answering, to the best of your knowledge and experiences.
I have applied for PR through SINP, June, last year. Got my file number last November and still waiting for medical request up to this very moment.
Last April, I have tried the eligibility assessment and was able to get an ITA under CEC in the same month. Last night, I have submitted my PR application in Express Entry and i was thinking to apply for a BOWP.
My current work permit will expire this coming August 4 while my ITA is about to expire this coming August 3 (that is why I have submitted it, even my Celpip Exam is about to expire this coming July 31).
This was my 5th attempt in express entry, since 2015. Those times, my Celpip is still new. But there were system errors resulted to "ineligible" results of my previous application (and other else, like funds, etc). I have not tried again, only after I have gained the experience of at least 1 year, as a supervisory.
I have used the same Celpip result with my existing SINP and/or PR applicatiin, prior (by paper) to this application through express entry-CEC.
My consultant have already submitted an update to my SINP application with my employer's compliance fee. Whenever he receive response from CIC, we will proceed to the work permit extension (restricted or not open).
I have decided to push that WP under my SINP application (not open), because I am not 100% sure, if my CEC will push through, due to my Celpip, that is about to expire within this month. Although, base on the confirmation letter I have received last night, I can already apply for a BOWP.
On the other hand, if my PR application will be rejected (might be due to my Celpip), my application to my BOWP will not pursue as well.
My questions are: Should I...
1. Wait for my WP through SINP first and apply for an open WP, soon as I got my new one.
2. Should I still get a new Celpip exam and updatd that information in my submitted Express entry-CEC, application, for the new scores and longer expiration date. Or should I just wait if they will ask me to submit a bew one?
Lastly, if ever, do you think guys, my application will be authomatically be rejected or they will only ask me for a new and updated CELPIP exam? And if ever, I will be needing to take another Celpip exam, how much scores do I need (my existing score are all at not lower than 7, across all category). What can you advise, proceed for an immediate exam or wait until they asked me for it?
My points is only more than 450, in express entry, although my provincial nomination is yet not included to that computation. What should I do, for them to add it up to my Express Entry-CEC points to rank bit higher than now?
Thank you so much for reading up to this far. I would really appreciate everyone to answer these questions, from the complicated situation I am in, now. God bless!
