Hi everyone. I am kinda confused with this 1 year Canadian exp. In this link

1- It says that officer will assume 2 weeks vacation in each year. I need 16 days to have one year Canadian exp (52 weeks). So dose it mean instead of 52 weeks I should be working for 54 weeks to be eligible?
2- Also it is saying "The “Employment Requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description are not applicable" what does it mean? I dont know what NOC I have to pick. 2132 or 2232. My title is water resources engineer in training (EIT not P.Eng) my duties are close to 2232 but my title does not have technician in it and also I have master.I don't know what to do.
These are 2132 requirement. CIC mentioned as CEC applicant they are not applicable so does it mean I do not need P.eng to say I am 2132?

Employment requirements
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or in a related engineering discipline is required.
- A master's degree or doctorate in a related engineering discipline may be required.
- Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
- Engineers are eligible for registration following graduation from an accredited educational program, and after three or four years of supervised work experience in engineering and passing a professional practice examination.
- Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification is offered by the Canada Green Building Council and may be required by some employers.
