To All BC PNP Experts and those who had experienced it. I am wanted to ask some specifics about BC PNP for a friend who plan to submit this month.
- Did I read from another forum that after working for 3 months (fulltime) to your employer you can immediately apply for BC PNP? I know ay anytime we can submit, and be invited but to meet the requirements as I understand it needs "at least an average of 30 hours per week", year-round. means one year work with current employer?
- My friend get hired and no recruitment efforts were made since my friend is currently in BC and he was personally hired as they have been colleague the past few years (his pass boss from previous employers), my question is there a way he can apply directly BC PNP without any recruitment efforts?
- If yes how can you answer the recruitment efforts in Job offer form?
- Or he needs to wait then apply BC PNP after one year?
- If after one year he applies for BC PNP after meeting the BC PNP requirements (at least an average of 30 hours per week) what is the reason he needs to include the recruitment efforts in Job offer form?

Congrats! Looks like Tech Pilot move way faster than other EEBC. I'm under EEBC- IG and haven't got anything back yet...
Thanks brother, Tech Pilot is a sub category of EEBC-IG as far as I know, the only difference is they have a list of NOCs that qualify for it and you don't need permanent job, 1 year contract works too.
