Hi, can someone please assist me on the following. My back story:
I'm currently working in a contract position that ends in August this year. It might be renewed but it is likely going to be another one year. Anyways, I am thinking of finding a full time permanent job in order to be eligible to apply for the International Graduate stream. So here are my concerns:
1. I finished school in Aug 2014 but got my senate letter confirming graduation in Sept, graduation ceremony in October. Does that mean I have till Sept. 2016 to apply under the International Gradual stream?
2. What exact documents are employers required to provide?
3. Do they need to show proof that they tried to hire someone else or the fact I'm a PGWP holder covers that?
4. The head office of my company is in ON but we've had this BC branch open since April 2015. Where do I obtain documents. From here or from ON?
5. Lastly, is a job obtained through a recruiting agency going to do me any good especially if I'm paid by the agency.
I really want to make use of the small window I have left.
Thanks!
