Hi guys,
I applied for the EE, my job was exempt from getting an LMIA (because of the mobilité francophone) but when I checked my score on my profile the job offer points wasn't on it... Why ? and What do I have to answer differently ?

As at the 1st question did you get a favorable LMIA the answers were yes or no.
I ticked yes then it asked my LMIA number so I put my Exempt LMIA number and it said "field not correct" so I changed to NO
And at the 2nd question did you get a favorable LMIA for your job offer: I ticked no, exempt for other reasons and to a particular employer

What do I have to do ?
Thank you

Have you worked in this job for at least one year in Canada?

No I haven't, I worked there less than a year... But I have experience in the same position overseas for more than a year

You need to work in Canada in the role for one full year before you will get the job offer points.

:( i thought that the fact that i have a LMIA exempt job under a "significant benefit for Canada" category was enough to get the point... ?

and is it possible to ask the employer to get an LMIA for the position that I am already doing (and on which my closed work permit is based ) ?

other question Scylla, once I worked for the employer for 1 year (my contract/work visa is for 2 years so I'll have the condition of having 1 year after ) I can apply for express entry and get those 50points extra.
Then when I got the residency do I have to stay with this employer or not ?

Also, do you think we can be selected from the pool with a CRS score of 434 points ? (this is what we have now..)
