EE Application was eligible and is now showing inelgible

Could someone please help me. I submitted my EE application in September 2015 and was found eligible then. I was given a profile number and asked to join the job bank. I was also sent a letter of Interest from Ontario for the PNP.

Now in April I received my offer for PNP from Ontario which I accepted but I see on the same day my profile changed to Ineligible. My PNP points are not reflecting on my EE profile and I have no idea why my profile status changed. Has this happened to anyone else?

Should I delete my profile and do a new one and if I do can I carry my PNP over to the new profile? Any help would be appreciated.

The reason could be that you did not update your Fund that you promise to carry for your family size as per the updated LICO.

IMO you'll need to recreate your profile and Job Bank code and then request MCIIT to transfer your nomination to the new EE profile.
