Hi, Everyone, If you can help ! I could express my feeling never be desperate as what I am now.
My EE application was reject last month. I try to create a new one but fail. I have record my case as below link and send to CIC help desk and technical support.

Unfortunately I got nothing but webform link and web Q&A link from support centre. So I still can't resolve my issue. and I am now stuck that I couldn't submit new App while my provincial nomination will be expired soon as well. I really don't know what else I could do. Could anyone help me what I made wrong ?
Or shall I create another new account for new application ?
