I am going to create my EE profile in few days my ielts and wes has been completed
I have done masters in business administration from London and have 3+ work experience in 0621 NOC code (half of it is in London and half is in India)
But I am now going to london for another masters in few months

my question is regarding pr application

does my new student visa from london affect my pr application in canada (positively or negatively)????
Will it affect my work experience profile in EE???

Doesn't have any effect, as long as you were studying there legally, it's a neutral matter.
Thanks for such a quick reply

So that means If my course is 1.5 years and in the meantime if I got my pr visa I can continue with my course

and what if they want my experience update details.. i just inform them regarding the situation that I am not in india but in london on student visa
It won’t affect anything in my pr application?

Okay, this is where it can get a little tricky.

Here's why, usually the whole premise of EE is that once you receive your ITA, you submit your application and they aim to process it in 6 months. You are usually given until the expiry of your medical exam to land in Canada, which is one year from when you took your medical.

So far so good. However, when you land in Canada, you have to convince the immigration officer that you are landing there to reside permanently. You can soft land, and many people have done so, i.e. you land but you return to your home or another country until you finish your commitments and then go back. But that's not something which you are, officially, supposed to do when you land. But once you land successfully, you are free to come and go as you please, as long as you fulfill your residency obligations to continue having your PR status.

What could give the IO doubt about this is that you have not finished your studies in the U.K when you land, and so they could suspect you are not landing permanently yet.

Listen, you may not have any issues whatsoever if you want to soft land, many people do so without issues. However, there is always this risk that an IO can look at your commitments outside Canada and determine you are not eligible to enter Canada as a PR when you land.

The first time you land is crucial, and so if your commitments in the UK are still ongoing at the time, it could be a red flag.

I'm telling you this because there was a case like this that someone had, where her husband landed in Canada as a permanent resident, but the IO was not convinced he was going to reside in Canada permanently because he was working in the U.S and she was studying there as well.

Just be careful.

what if I apply for EE in few months in midway of my course and update my profile with study visa situation as well. The process will take time and my education will also finish on time
will it work??

Yes, that seems like a good idea.

Try to aim to land in Canada right after you finish your studies. At least, try to make that align as much as possible.
