Thanks!! I definitely understand how it feels. It's my 6th year living in Canada too and I am in a middle of pursuing a designation now. Even if they just extend my work permit by one more year, I would be able to get the designation and go home without regret. After going through all those fierce competitions, I finally earned myself a good job here. All my efforts will be in vain if I am going to be kicked out from the country. Not to mention how much I have spent here for the college education...This is unfair. Yep let's not lose hope though, Good luck to you too! The only thing we could work on right now is IELTs. My result will be released tomorrow and I will retake it if it is not the top band.

I'm in the same boat as you. I couldn't get any point higher than 449. I don't want to leave the country or is forced to leave my job. I work so hard to get to this point, I have been living in Canada for 9 years, and they still don't want me? I'm very frustrated, yet don't want to lose hope. So I would like to wish you all the best as well!!

Have been a visitor but first time posting here ... I am in the EE pool with CRS of 443 (maxed my IELTS, got a WES Master's evaluation). Have a query to ask -- I read in some other forum that people who from ICFAI Hyderabad have received Canadian MBA equivalence; however, my husband recently got his WES report (he is from ICFAI Hyd) and it says non-recognised MBA ... I am quite surprised at that, since ICFAI appears in the drop down list of WES as well. Any idea if there is any way to seek clarification/ re-examination from WES? A friend of mine had done her MBA from some nondescript university in Uttarakhand and got Canadian MBA equivalence, but not getting for ICFAI is ridiculous!

WES doesn't recognize ICFAI Hyderabad as a university if your husband has passed out before 2010! In that case , surrender your existing grade sheets bearing ICFAI Hyderabad and get them done as per ICFAI Dehradun. For this contact the student cell in Hyderabad. They should help you. In addition to that you will have to get his transcripts too accordingly(on Dehradun letter head). Finally, the sending university will be ICFAI Dehradun & NOT Hyderabad !

Thanks Bablaa. Actually for this reason my husband got fresh transcripts from IBS Hyderabad issued by IBS Business School and not in ICFAI name. They also charged him some Rs 2000-3000 for issuing the same. Will ask him to recheck with them

I requested enquiry on result. Maybe my score will be remarked. I don't believe I have such a poor writing. If it does not change, I'll give the IELTS a second try. Anyway I gonna reach CLB 9 to have my CRS points

After you submit the profile you are given an id to register on the job bank ... only once you register on the job bank you are in the pool

Does a profile also get a case number as well? I am asking this because I hired a professional to take care of my profile and I also could not find information regarding this in the net.

I have a related query ... my present score is 443 and if I add my husband's IELTS and present ECA evaluation (right now only assessed as Bachelor's), the score is likely to become 447. If I want to include my husband's score in my application, do I need to withdraw my present EE application and file a new one online? Can anyone enlighten me on this? I am thinking on these lines coz obtaining new transcripts etc. and then getting ECA re-evaluation will again take a good 2-3 months and I don't wanna lose out in case scores fall even marginally below 450. Am I thinking in the right direction?

I have a curent IELTS score of L7.5 R7.5 W7 S6 . I am planning to regive the exam to up my score of 448.
I had few questions :
1> what if I score less in my new IELTS exam? Will they consider the old one ? or the latest one?
You can choose either one depending on your scores until the results are valid
2> Also , if one gives multiple IELTS , do they consider best of Learning or Writing or Speaking or Listening OR they consider one IELTS scoresheet
??you can choose best of multiple IELTS scorecards. It has to be from a single scorecard
