First I have requested my IELTS enquiry on result. If my writing is remarked, I'll score 473 in EE and then I'll not have to spend 1500$ and I prefer to settle in BC

Second as I already mentioned, I have no ties to Ontario and I am afraid it can be the reason for my application to be declined and I can lose my money.

I have L8.5 R9 W6.5 S8

If my score in writing is 7 my overall CLB level gonna be 9. So I'll score not 50 points for adaptability but 100, and 8 additional points for my language increase in score. I used points calculator, I'd give you the link but it is in russian language

I need to know how do you make 400 points in Express Entry. My docs are all ready to be sent. IELTS done, ECA Done, Experience Letters Done. Everything is done.
my Score is 338. Any hope? How do I increase my points to 400??? Who are the people with 400 Score? What qualifications they have???

IELTS (S:8,W:6.5,L:6.5,R:6) Overall band 7 IELTS.
Age: 31 years + 2 months old.

Kindly let me know how to get PNP (Provincial Nominee Program). I guess that is the only option. Getting a Job in Canada while sitting abroad is IMPOSSIBLE. Even if you get a Job who will wait for 6 months to get you on board?

The answer is simple. You have to score L8 R7 W7 S7 in IELTS to have overall level CLB 9, that will increase your score in CRS above 400

My score is 435: IELTS Band Score 8 (Speaking 8, Listening 8, Reading 8, Writing 7), Bachelor's Degree 4 years (WES report received), 27 years old, 5+ years of work experience in NOC 1121 and 1223 (HR and Recruiting).
For my language I received 130 points... Shouldn't I receive 136?
I do not see a way to improve my score other than registering for a Master's program which will take at least 1 year to complete, or learning French which would also take some time.
I have an uncle, an aunt and cousins in Toronto, Ontario.


Any suggestions on improving my score? How long does the OONP take before I get a nomination?

Did you receve a PT letter from Ontario? The best way for you is to apply to OONP

No, because I did not withdraw my application to re-apply after June 1st. I am still thinking if it is worth waiting for 6 months to get PN and on top of that pay 1500 CAD.

130 points is correct because your L & W is CLB 9 giving you 62 points and R & S is CLB 10 giving you 68 points adding up to 130.

There is no easy way of improving your score because you lose 25 points in Skills Transferability for having just Bachelors.

But you're eligible for OOPNP - hope you're received a PT already. Did you create your profile on or after 1st June?

I gave my IELTS exam in Aug. 2013 itself (nearing 2 years now).
my contract in Canada expires by this Dec.

Hope to get ITA soon or else, I have to give IELTS once again.

Any chance for CRS score to come down to 400 (OOPNP bench mark is 400 now)?!

Maybe in the end of the year it will come down to 400 but definitely not earlier. Perhaps it will not happen at all. I would not count on it

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on June 12, 2015 and ending on June 13, 2015 is 1,501.
