Eductaional documents verification procedure

Can any one please describe step by step procedure for verifying the educational credentials: For Pakistanis

1. How to get verified for Bachelor's & Masters degree for self & spouse.
2. How to get verified for Higher school & Secondary school certificates.

I am confused about sending all documents to HEC or what?

please somebody guide for complete procedure starting from online form till the end.

Thanks but there is some confusion thats why I was looking for some Pakistani who has gone through these steps recently. anyway thanks for reply

Tughril Ive done this from India so I dont think it should be any different.
The first step is to pay your fees and get your WES reference number along with the reference form they send on your email.
Once this is done you need to visit your University along with colored photocopies of all your marks sheets and final degree certificate.
These photocopies needs to be stamped and attested by the university saying that it has been verified with the original.
Once it has been attested they need to be placed inside a university envelope along with a filled up WES reference form.The envelope must then be stuck by the university on the back flap and signed and sealed and stamped across the back flap to show that it has not been tampered with. Send this to WES Toronto via courier. Hope this helps brother.
