Educational qualification points

Hi team,
I am new and planning to send application to CIC, how to calculate total formal education.
i am B Sc graduate but one year failed in final year & took more 1 year to complete BSC.
should i consider = 15 or 16
Pls advise

Thanks for prompt assistance,
if i put 15 years what will be my from & to years in Education in Schedule1 form.
I started Bsc in year 1996 & appeared last exam in 2000.

You can fill in the exact years , they know the degree has a duration of 3 years and since thats what you are claiming you'll be fine.
