educational loan problems

hi guys...
i have a situation...
i had approved an educational loan of $18,000 from punjab national bank
i used around $12500, and paid an interest for a year.. (now am in 4 semister)
and my parents cleared off my educational loan few days...
but now the loan manager of the bank is accusing us that we only used the educational loan for getting my Canada visa and he has sent a letter to Canadian embassy in delhi informing abt the improper use of the loan...
but the truth is that i really needed the educational at that time....
cana anyone tell me would htat affect me in any way in near future

what are the consequences of the loan manger contacting Immigration in delhi

why is it improper use of loan? i guess ur manager is bluffing .......

coz he sent me the zerox of the letter and passport copies which he sent to the immigration....
i dont know why he is so intrested in my file so much

Take strong action against the manager i think you should e-mail to the regional manager of PNB and your family can lodge a complaint
against him.

i really appreciate your response guys.......
The thing is that i am going to take an action against the loan manager or if not that i will peronally take carethat he wont be able to rite any letter in next 5-6months.......
But the thing is i am worried abt my record at the immigration...
Will there be any problems for me in near future...

I think there will be no problem dude because immigration takes action only after full proof investigation and you don't have to worry because all blame should be on manager if he has issued loan to you he should investigate this prior so don't worry!!!!

it won't affect you as you are not under any obligation to borrow money if you don't need it. Loan manager can cry as much as he wants.. nothing will happen to you as long as you don't become public charge. Visa/immigration officers don't time for this crap.
