Educational loan in India for diploma programs

Most banks in India seem to offer educational loan only for Degree programs. Any banks that offer loan for diploma programs? How else can a diploma applicant get a loan sanctioned?

Almost all the Private banks. Government banks do it as well but on FD, not property or something.

1. No. Almost all 'major' Public sector banks like PNB, SBI, Union Bank of India, Bank of Baroda etc do NOT entertain loan application for Diploma/Certificates.
