Check wes site or google for ECA for Canada.
There are few institutes which do ECA. You can choose which one suits your requirement.

Please refer to the following link and read about which organisation suits for your qualifications. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp
Research a bit about IQAS and WES as they are pretty quick in evaluating the documents. Hope this helps, good luck
