Educational Documents to be attested?

Hi!
Do i need all my educational documents to be attested even though i'll be sending all my original documents?
Like Intermediate Marksheet from Board of Intermediate?
What about O-Level Certificates? Who's gonna attest that?
And myy B.S.c Degree form H.E.C?

Is the attestation really required?

there is no need for attestation of documents for visa, but for college admission it is compulsory. don't send any original documents just send xerox copies, xerox copies will do

Hi Lonesoul, Mithun;

I had called up my college to check this fact. They told me that I do not need to send attested documents and xerox copies will be fine.

I did that and received admission in Seneca (the biggest community college in Canada) few weeks back.

The best way to check is to email/call your target college and check with them.

Buddy i've already been admitted in the University.
What i meant to ask is does CHC requires all the educational documents attested from the concerned departments before applying for Visa?
My file is ready it's just that i'm confused about the attestation of my documents.

CHC New Delhi definitely does not requires attested documents. I can't speak for other locations.

Lonesoul.....i also recently applied for the Student Visa at CHC-ISB well i am not exactly sure about the Intermidiate certificate but if you talk about your O'levels certificate it can be attested by the British Council it self i think they charge PKR 1200 for every 4 copies but actually i never got my A'levels nor my O'levels Certificates attested by the British Council i got them done from notery Public the reason of not getting them attested by the British Council was that i found a Posted link of official website of Canadian High Commission Islamabad about the list of documents required to be submitted and it said that All Original Educational Transcripts are COMPULSORY therefore to be on the save side i even my self submitted the Original Educational Transcripts along with the Attested from Notery Public............Hope i answered your query.

Well just curious to ask to which University in Canada have you been accepted ?,Is your Offer of Admission Conditional ?,What score did you got in IELTS ? and last but not the least in what program have you been accepted ? .
