educational diploma assessment for QSW

Dear seniors,
My spouse has 3 yrs. certificate level in nursing after she completed 10th grade schooling in Nepal.It means she has 10+3 education in total.My question here is: Does she get AOT 16 points and 10 points for 3yrs. certificate level in nursing as immigration official website of Quebec has mentioned that 13 yrs. of post secondary technical diploma on the category of fetching 12 or 16 points on AOT are attributed with 10 points. Plz. help me to clearify

I'm not sure. A Quebec DCS in nursing would be 11+3 years (and a bachelor's would be 11+2+3), so I doubt it would qualify, unless children start school later in Nepal, such as at 7.
