Educational Credentials Assessment for Pakistani FSW Applicants

I have my school, Intermediate and Bachelors degrees from Pakistan but I live in Finland and cannot have the transcripts sent by my University in Multan. What should I do?Will they accept my HEC verified degree and transcripts(original certificates)
What is the best service for credentials assessment for Pakistani nationals or does it depend on the NOC you are applying for. I plan to apply in NOC5125 Translators, terminologists and interpreters.
