Educational Credential Assessment

Hi I have a question regarding the Educational Credential Assessment. All of the services require me to send my records from the institute directly. For me this is a problem as I am living in another country right now and I have no way to send my academic records from the institute.

Is there any service that does not require sending the records from the institute directly?
I am trying to get an ECA for my bachelor's degree ? or my Master's is enough ?

its the same case with me. I send the query to the agency. SOmeone on our behalf have to do this in INdia. Which agency you are using for assessment

Thanks for the quick reply. I am using WES.
Its a problem for me cause all of my classmates already left the country, it was more than 11 years ago since my graduation :(
