DO 6 months certificate is considered as a valid post-sec educational credential ?????

I have 4 years bachelors degree nd 6 months certificate in cyber law.

Will these be considered as 2 credentials ??

Unlikely. If it was acquired outside Canada, it has to be assessed by an accredited organization (like WES for instance) before you can claim points for that and I'm fairly certain that they evaluate programs which require at least 1 year of academic study.
