Educational ceritificates

WES evaluation has been completed for my wife's masters degree. While uploading the educational documents for the spouse, is convocation certificate mandatory. My wife has consolidated transcript, provisional degree and WES evaluation for her masters. Is this enough? (or) whether her convocation cert. is needed?

Convocation certificate also serves as the degree certificate so you have to upload that.
