Educational Accredition- Please Suggest

Hello,

I Have a MBA(Marketing) degree from India and 5 years of work ex in sales and distribution. Could someone please tell me what would be the equivalance of my education as per Canadian standards? If I want to go for an accredition, what would be required and how should I go abt it. Much thanks.
