I had a query in case anyone could help.
In March 2021, a few days after we submitted our application, They asked for imm 5669 for my spouse mentioning "make sure no gap in 10years".
(Please note that, In our application, In my spouse's personal history section, There was a 1 month gap (as they asked for history of last 10 years)
We submitted it with an LOE explaining that we did it by mistake and corrected it.
In the education section of IMM 5669, i have calculated the no of years in different in the following manner:
till class 5 (including play group & nursery)= total 7 years under Elementary/Primary Education Section
from class 6-10 or Secondary School Certificate exam- total 5 years under Secondary/High School Section since in our country 6-10 is considered high school
class 11-12 or Higher Secondary Certificate exam (2 years) + Graduation (it took 4 years and 8 months for me to complete) + Masters (It took 3 years 5 months to complete)
= A total of 10 years under University/College Section (2 years in college education+ 4 years 8 months in Graduation + 3 years 5 months in Masters)
Later, We ordered for GCMS. In our GCMS notes, R10 was cleared.
Recently, in June2022, They asked ADR ( PCC for both, Imm5669 only for me this time and remedical for both)
This time, I noticed people adding Higher Secondary Certificate exam (2 years) in Secondary/High School Section of imm5669 and Graduation and Masters in University/College Section.
That made me worried about my spouse imm5669 which i submitted earlier. Should I be worried about the fact that, We included Higher Secondary Certificate exam (2 years) in University/College Section in 2021.
Now if I change the pattern in my recent imm5669, Is it going to be any problem? I am bit confused. What should i do? Should I submit in the same pattern in which i have submitted my spouse's IMM 5669(the one i have mentioned above) or should i change it in my case and follow (considering Higher secondary too under secondary section). Would it be a problem if we follow two different patterns in calculating for me and my spouse?
Can i include LOE with my recent imm5669. if so, what should i say in it?
