Education record?

Hi Im starting to fill up the forms for applying citizenship. I have a question in Education record. In 4 years time I only attended one year FRENCH COURSE in MICC quebec, should I include that in Education record list? Thanks in advance .

Send a copy of the diploma certificate. Thats it pretty much. Its not a complicated thing.
