Hello.

I want to apply through FSW program.
I will finish my Master's in August (this month). But I will receive my diploma only in February, next year. Nevertheless the Registrar office from my university (in US) is willing to provide any proof that I met all the requirements for graduation.

Do you think I can go ahead and indicate that I have my Master's completed? And when they (Immigration Office) request for proof - I send them whatever the Register office from my university will sent (if it's before February). Of course I would prefer to apply now.

You should get a completion letter from the graduate school.

You also need to include your final transcripts.

I guess one of my additional questions is if they require a diploma.
