It shall be 20 points.
For 22 points you require 2 or more university level bachelor degree.
As you have only 1 degree it shall be 20 points

No it won't be equivilant to a 3 year diploma. You have 2 year diploma in computers and than 1 year in airlines, but not a continuous 3 years diploma
If you ar lacking in points better cover up in language skills(English/French) or experience.

BTW what is your NOC

Dear Khalid,

Though Nano presented a valid opinion, however I would look differently into your case. Let's look into the definition of diploma in CIC Laws: "Non-university certificate/diploma training in a profession that requires formal education but not at the university level (for example, dental technician or engineering technician)"

CIC defines bachelor as: "Bachelor's degree an academic degree awarded by a college or university to those who complete the undergraduate curriculum; also called a baccalaureate. Examples include a Bachelor of Arts, Science or Education. "

So the keyword is university degree. My question to you:are these diplomas were awarded from a recognized universities?

If your answer is yes, I believe you have a chance to get 22 points even though it's 2 yr diploma plus 1 yr in airline, nonetheless, the final call will be for the CIC officer.

Cheers
Mezo
