Well thanks for posting your details.

There only 2 options.

(1) Either you improve your IELTS score . if possible Or

(2) Make your Spouse Prime applicant as she is having Masters degree , so 25 points . Ya but she need to appear in IELTS to get Avg. of 6 Band.

Is i am send file without sending remaining fees of family member.
