Education matching experience?

hi experts,
i have M.Sc ( computer science) and working as administrative assistant currently.
...the job of admin assistant requires just secondary education..
Am i eligible to apply under SINP..would that be considered a mismatch of experience with education or not?
if thats not a mismatch..can i claim points fory masters degree?

Yes it is a mismatch for SINP as it clearly states your degree must match your work experience/NOC. You can apply and get an invitation but if rejected, you will know why.
