hi guys please suggest me which is a good option:

1. education loan of 6lakh rupees.
2. GiC of 10,100 cad.

i have paid the complete fees of the college.

If you are applying under SPP , GIC will make the case stronger.
But if you are applying for Sept. 13 intake and planning to open the GIC account now I doubt if you can get it now since July'26 is last date of wire-transfer.

GIC is now compulsory for applying under SPP.
but as @siddhesh398 said the last date for wire transfer is July 26.

i have done the wire transfer of gic on 16th july..... and also have the education loan of 6 lakh rupees..... and my category is general as already had a refusal in 2011 i have completed my b.tech in 2013 with no gaps and no back logs ..... please suggest what should i do ......

you should show both GIC certificate and the loan letter from the bank for filing visa.
plz share your profile-what are you going to study in canada etc. so people can help you

since you completed bachelors you should go for masters

yes a lot of people are experiencing delay in getting GIC certificates.the bank says we will receive the certificate within 5 days.lets hope you get GIC as fast as possible.

you have good marks in btech and also 10th and 12th.
your profile looks good except for the earlier rejection.you may have to explain that in your SOP- the reason for your earlier rejection??

why are you going for a PG certificate course.from what i have seen it is better to apply for a PG diploma from a college and best if you opt for masters from a university.

your visa chances will be higher for masters.but since you have already paid the fees i don't know what you can do about that.

these are all my opinion but please seek other opinions also before doing anything

in my opinion;if you receive GIC certificate,then you should show both GIC and loan letter.it strengthens your application.
i dont know about showing wire transfer of GIC. please seek advice of others
