Hi Deepak,
You can show agriculture income by showing J forms of last year or Lease deed affidavit by a person who leased your land for agriculture. It must be minimum of five-six lac annually.
yes income source by selling land could be last option.

Can anybody please tell me, which banks provide education loan at 90% against FD?
In case of refusal or withdrawal how much money is lost 500 CAD or more?
